Do I need to pay for legal aid services?

No, our services are free of charge.

Is Uganda law Society a government entity?

Uganda Law Society is a non-government organization.

Can I represent myself in court?

Yes you can represent yourself but you may need legal advice on how to do it.

Do I need to first make an appointment to see a lawyer?

No you don’t, just walk in any week day from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
